The Strong Hold
Another shot from the Roe Valley Country Park in Co. Londonderry.
We spotted this huge grey heron standing at the bottom of the weir... It amazed me that it could stand against the flow of the water without a movement at all which would have been pretty noticeable as I was using my Sigma 150-500mm lens handheld (as always LOL).
Anyway, I thought of God's promise to those of us who trust Him, that He would be our Strong Hold no matter what we face.... and on that note, an update from the hospital, my Dad is stable and they are keeping him comfortable. I would like to thank you for praying and for the thoughtful messages and comments :)
I wish you all a very blessed and peaceful Sunday... The weather today is beautiful and hopefully I will get a chance to take the camera somewhere later :)
