There are some words above the door: BATTERY HARVEY ALLE (?). Possibly ALLEY. I'm not sure those letters were visible when I took the photo. Sometimes IR picks out details that are obscured by paint or other materials. UPDATE: Most likely it reads BATTERY HARVEY ALLEN.
