This weeks photo rations - Independent Bus & Coach operators of Lanarkshire, Scotland. 1990’s onwards.
Altering the presentation so as to show both the service bus and coach aspect of operations for these independent companies where possible.
Featured are;
Hutchison of Overtown - Volvo Wright Renown (Y182 BGB) Buggy Bus & Plaxton Premiere “Scottish Pullman” coach on Glasgow Express service with destination board showing return leg to Cleland.
McKindless (Newmains) - Dennis Dart SLF (Super Low Floor) on service 56 to Shotts & Plaxton Premiere on Glasgow Shuttle duties.
Stuarts of Carluke - Optare Solo & Volvo Van Hool Alizee.
Henderson Travel (Hamilton) - Mercedes Plaxton Beaver minibus and Leyland Leopard, Alexander Y Type coach (coach type windows and seating).
All models aside from the McKindless coach are Code 3 repaints. All of these, excluding the McKindless Dart SLF are repainted by me, with the Dart being from a friend at Transform Busworks.
