Gentoopinguïn / Gentoo penguin / Manchot papou

This Gentoo penguin just returned from sea from a fishing trip. I love how he wind is blowing his feathers.

 

I guess the most challenging thing on the Falklands is the wind or storm that blows almost daily on the islands. Not good for the gear but I was most happy to put my gear to the test and lie on the beach to get amazing images. I'm happy to say it all survived with flying colours.
