Alright, so I'm pretty sure these two acknowledged each others' presence like once on Beast Wars, which was just Silverbolt telling Depthcharge he was a jerk in 'Changing of the Guard'.

 

But come on! They're buddy cop gold! Just imagine Depthcharge saying, "I'm too old for this slag!" Eh? Eh? Yeah, you love it.
