The beginning of the Summer Olympics in Bejing, 8/8/08. And just another day in my house as my little brother challenged my older sister to a game of chess. My parents got this marble chess set in Mexico a few years back - I love the interesting shapes of the pieces and the gorgeous grays and pinks of the stone.
