Koggala Beach Hotel

This area of southern Sri Lanka was heavily affected by the tsunami. Other hotels nearby had yet to reopen when I took this picture. The swimming pool is right next to the sea--a beautiful sight, but hard not to imagine what happened there when the tsunami came ashore.
