chiangmai stupa

This buddhist figure sits on one of the very old stupas in Chiangmai, Thailand. This one is quite large and is located outside the main city area. The monk (from Lao) told me they don't know the age of the stupa or really much about it. This, like many of the buddhas in Chiangmai, shows Burmese influence.
