Red Necked Phalarope-IMG_9886-alviso-Crop

Looks like a juvenile Red-necked Phalarope in one of the ponds in New Chicago Marsh, Alviso, California. This one was the closest to me, there were about 75-100 of these in the pond near the gate. It was an overcast morning, so the lighting was not the best.
