Freecamera during cutscene (with Infinite Heaven sub-mod that disables cutscene camera). Will be the last shot before I go with Otis freecam later.
Those lines were lens flares effects. You can tell Kojima directed all these cutscenes himself, because they're all so bizarre. Even the lens flares were VERTICAL ffs.
