David Gibson says: Very simple and direct shot. Above all just nicely seen because it's all there. The light greens and the hat. Wish I'd seen it. Would I have framed it slightly differently? Probably not because I don't know what's above the hat. I wonder about the person with the hat. Is it a gardener?

David Gibson says: Yes, it's obvious but it works very well with the two women perfectly divided by the window frame. And two cups. It could be two photos but because it's one single frame it makes you look more.

David Gibson says: This is beautiful. Yes, the table decorations are elegant anyway but the reflections and balance make it. The women's neck and spash of red there. And her hands, one with cleaner, the other adjusting the decorations are perfect.

David Gibson says: Nice reflections here and very well composed with the staircase adding balance. Also three brightly lit faces in a row so everything moves from left to right. The photographer's reflectionas is in there but not too obvious.

David Gibson says: A different window but still a frame. I like this one, the light and mood. A frame within a frame. Well seen.

David Gibson says: One of those weird shots which are a little difficult to figure out. What is going on here? But that's the attraction. Strange reflections with presumably a hat on the right which gives it all balance.

David Gibson says: It's not the most dramatic of shots and I notice that it got no favs in the group but it does meet the brief. This is certainly through a window and well seen. Of course something natural in the first window would lift it, a cat or a dog stretching - or a white bird in full flight.

David Gibson says: I like the muted colours. Everything is minimal with just the shape of the man in the middle. It reminds me a little of Saul Leiter's style.

David Gibson says: Well seen. The red reflections across here face makes it.

David Gibson says: Not sure about the space on the left of this but the final third with the reflection of the man is interesting.

David Gibson says: This is arguably not perfectly done because it doesn't really leap out but the idea - the reflections and texture - do quietly keep you looking. The framing is possibly not quite right with dead space at the top but it's an idea worth returning too. How long did the photographer spend on this, how many frames were taken?

David Gibson says: I'm not sure about the woman in the background, it sort of distracts from the woman at the front, maybe? Some people might think the other woman adds to it. The reflection across the main woman is nice.

David Gibson says: Seemingly a 'nothing' photograph but maybe it has something. It could be a palm tree in a bus window.
