To prepare a curling surface is a very difficult task, between science and craftsmanship, for an iceman must be concerned about a lot of factors: temperature, humidity, ice layer's roughness and thickness, etcetera. A professional curling rink must have very precise features, without which a tournament can be a failure: hence, in a curling club the iceman is a very important member. The portrayed one is Mr Adolfo Mosaner, iceman of the Cembra curling team.
