Train Chasing on the Kansas Pacific - 3/9/08

After waking up to a sunny morning on March 9th, 2008, I decided to head out along the Limon Sub on the Union Pacific. The line was part of the Kansas Pacific Railway many years ago. While not quite as stunning as the Moffat Line, the plains certainly have a charm to them that can be hard to resist. I really like these shots, and had an absolute blast chasing this train all the way to Limon.
