"Great Crested Flycatcher"

The great crested flycatcher is a large insect-eating bird of the tyrant flycatcher family. It is the most widespread member of the genus Myiarchus in North America, and is found over most of the eastern and mid-western portions of the continent. It dwells mostly in the treetops and rarely is found on the ground.

Fairly large flycatcher; about the same size as a robin but more slender. Favors mature forests, where it nests in cavities. Brightly colored for a flycatcher, with yellow belly and rufous in the wings and tail. Quite vocal, giving loud, rising "queeEEEEP" and various rolling, burry calls. Distinguish from similar Ash-throated Flycatcher by range, bright plumage, and voice.

I found this one in my back yard in Polk County, Florida.
