Don has been leading Safe Software and guiding its product strategy for more than two decades. A technocrat, leader, and above all a man with passion for excellence, is Dale Lutz, Co-founder and Vice President, Safe Software. Dale has been using his knowledge and experience to lead the core development of FME since Safe Software’s inception almost two decades ago. As a leader of his team, Dale is deeply involved in refining and optimizing the user experience in FME’s graphical user interfaces, as well as leading the integration of FME technology into third-party GIS applications. With formidable expertise in data interoperability, Dale continues to help Safe’s customers find better ways to access the spatial data they need to use.
Under his leadership Safe Software had been bestowed with - Spatial Industries Business Association (SIBA) 2013 Award for Spatial Enablement and the 2013 Victorian Government Award for Spatial Excellence. Under Dale’s leadership, Safe Software has evolved a unique corporate culture of innovation, which has enabled its executives to pursue further larger corporate objectives while focusing on respective technology domains.
