Roof Repairs at The Greyhound

Corfe Castle, in the background on the hill minus a roof was built by William the Conqueror and dates back to the 11th century. One of the earliest castles in England to be built using stone when the majority were built with earth and timber.

 

As for the The Greyhound, it is a scenic relaxed venue that serves Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and has available takeaway food in the form of Gourmet Fish and chips and Pizza. (from their website)
