Virtual Photography [Video Game Screenshots]

Although an activity I've done since around 2018 as a form of photography practice, I never really thought to show the results to anyone. That is until around 2021/2022 when I shared some online, and for a brief while I found myself a vaguely successful virtual photographer* on Instagram. That is until Meta—without warning or explanation—deleted my account. As my stuff was made on the Nintendo Switch it was all—unedited and edited files—stored on a Micro SD card, something I lost some time ago, and thought was lost forever. I recently found it however so thought I'd share a bit of my stuff. I tend to focus on "street photography" and "landscape photography" practice.

*A virtual photographer is someone who takes—and often times shares—video game screenshots, creating images as if they were a photographer in the world of the video game.
