Protest Crowd
Over 5000 protesters filled Sproul Plaza to join the Occupy Cal protest and hear Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor, speak. Protestors absolutely filled the plaza, extending all the way to the steps to Lower Sproul. Some clamored onto the roof of the Golden Bear Cafe (on the left). Using Cactus radio triggers and a 430EX flash held on a pole by Aaron in the crowd, I was able to get some light on the otherwise-silhouetted protestors on the roof. This was by far the largest protest I have seen in my 4 years here.
