Forlorn, in Infrared
I used a Hoya r72 filter on my 7D and 17-85mm lens. The scene was mostly in the shade, so I needed a 4-minute shutter speed at ISO 1600 and f/5.6 just to get a decent exposure. I really should just get a dedicated infrared body so I don't need to deal with these ridiculous shutter speeds....
I converted the image to black and white and then blended it with the original color version.
Why in the world does the flickr exif info say that I used auto mode? I used manual (bulb) mode. There's no way you could get a 4-minute exposure with auto mode.
