Earlier this month our Governor announced that the city's restaurants would not be allowed to offer indoor dining until the latest surge of covid-19 was brought under control. A snowstorm a few days ago brought with it a reminder that the immediate future of even outdoor dining was bleak and so too is the future of the many thousands of restaurant owners and employees who are unable to go to work and earn a living wage
