My theory about 1 in 10 shoots producing spectacular light is once again proven true.
At around my 9th day of getting skunked by the light during sunrise shoots, this outrageous display of sweet golden joy continued for about an hour!
Now of course, it never happens after you've slogged up a mountain in the dark at -13°C. No, it happens only when you casually stroll 100ft to a man made pond in the middle of town.
Not that I'm complaining. I was utterly overjoyed at the spectacular light show that we enjoyed that morning.
Even Grumpacious had to admit that we'd hit a pot of shimmering gold. Shame he didn't have a lens wide enough to take in the full glory of the moment.
I, under the other hand, came fully equipped with the Sony 10-18mm strapped to my A7R4 which produces a focal length of around 15mm with excellent sharpness for what is essentially a budget lens that's not even meant for this camera.
I'll be covering more comparisons between the Fuji GFX100s and the Sony system in upcoming videos. Until then, did you see the latest episode? youtu.be/g0QrulXW0KM
Thanks for looking
