Insight: 321 Raw images @ 0.015mm. Processed through Zerene Pmax then worked in LR3 & Corel x3 / some blurring applied to the body for presentation purposes

 

Notes: Spring has arrived here in the UK at last so I hope to start searching for interesting and beautiful subjects to post ASAP. I’ve re-shot this ant from my collection to test a new micrometer.

 

Tools: Mitutoyo Plan Apo 5x + Raynox DCR-150 TL on 200mm bellows & Canon 5D MKII / Paper tube and 4 Leds
