G'day food lovers

 

Well, tonight I've gone for simplicity again. On Sunday I cooked about a kilogram of chicken thigh fillets so I would have plenty of chicken meat this week.

 

In a frypan I boiled some red cabbage and sugarloaf cabbage in some garlic butter and some French mustard. I also added a little cream.

 

I added slices of the chicken thigh fillet meat at the end and ate the meal from a bowl.
