G'day food lovers,

 

I rendered the fat off some speck and then added some green kale, red cabbage, and sugarloaf cabbage plus the juice from a lime.

 

After the leaves softened I tossed in some cherry tomatoes, garlic butter, cream, and Dijon mustard.

 

After I turned the heat off I added in flaked almonds and crushed peanuts for texture.
