PIC16C745 at the heart of the NES RetroPad
Having done a bit of research since tagging the previous image, it appears Microchip doesn't sell any smaller chips with USB, and in fact, only has one other model. Also, neither has Flash memory, making them effectively "program once" devices. Oh, and you only get USB 1.1. Bleh.
