What a mess! The rings on the drill press handle are spring clamps for connecting the coiled 4" hoses of the dust collection system to various base ports and blast gates. Much of the bagged mess on the drill press table are a mobile base unit waiting to be assembled for the band saw table, whenever it arrives. Some of the junk on the table in the background - sander, clamps, rags, sandpapers - are for a TV stand I'm building for my mother.
