El Yunque National Forest

The El Yunque Natioal Forest is located in Puerto Rico. It is part of the US Department of Interior national Forest. On a cruise with my cousin and friends we stopped in Puerto Rico and signed up for the hike in the rain forest. What an incredible experience. Of course it rained while we were there. One of the things that impressed me was how dark it was on the floor of the forest. I have to go back not on a cruise so that I will have more time to spend exploring the entire island.
