Winter at the National Arboretum

There aren't a lot of options for finding outdoor flowers in winter in the DC area. Camellias are an exception, and no one has more than the National Arboretum. Even in January and February there are thousands of blossoms .... some will be frost-bitten but new ones just keep coming.
