Puppet

Ok, this is my least favorite Homie that i have. I've always thought this guy was supposed to be a crack baby, or maybe he has some kind of birth defect where he's missing the bones in his legs or something. But i guess he is supposed to be a puppet, which really is just as weird as my initial guesses.
