So for round 18 I was paired up with rfksnaps, check out his stream here www.flickr.com/photos/rfk_photos/ and this was his challenge to me:
I saw that most of your photos had the subject completely in the photos.
I'd like you to find something that has more than one axis of symmetry and produce (notice I didn't say shoot) a photo that has only enough of the subject in it so that you can tell what it is but no more. It should suggest happiness or joy...something to make the viewer smile. You can do the suggesting either with the subject itself or the background.
I'm going to be honest here and say that I had great difficulty in understanding the challenge. I enlisted some help and still ended up doing what I consider to be short of the original challenge. More than one axis of symmetry completely confused me.
