On top: a transparent pastic board, on top the ice and the beer.

POST PROCESSING AND TRICKS
I did a triple raw conversion, for the ice (blue) and for the beer (more natural) and the lemon slices.
I borrowed the large plastic board from my workplace, from such a thing:

(gotta bring it back on monday :-)
The last trick is to pull out the diffusor screen of the speedlight and to let it shine from an angle (a bit from the side), to avoid the hotspot.
