Non photo-realistic post-processing is a follows:

1) Editing of curves, in a non homogeneous way (more contrast and light in the center of the image)

2) Application of the non-photo-realistic filter "graphic-novel" (in the Gimp: G'MIC -> Artistic -> Graphic Novel), at different spatial scales in different layers

3) Blending the different spatial scales: lower frequencies in the top part of the image, and the reflections at the bottom; higher frequency near the center of attention

4) Light blue/turquoise vignetting (darken only), more pronounced in the top of the image.
