Red Spotted Purple-1

We have had more butterflies this year than we have had in the last five years combined. So far there have been Swallowtails, Monarchs, Painted Ladies, Numerous Moth Species and now comes the " Red Spotted Purple". This fellow sat still for portraits and sad to say I still could not get him in perfect focus....
