gospel life seminars (draft 1)
Audience: The entire church
Purpose: Serves as a brochure cover for reoccuring seminars -- "Gospel Life Seminars are prayerfully and purposefully planned classes for adults. They seek to answer the question: in what areas should a follower of Jesus be trained so that they live out the gospel and worship God, grow in Christ, and serve in the Spirit? Some of the classes are Bible Studies in that they simply start with the text of Scripture to set the agenda. Others begin with a specific topic and look for what the Bible says on that topic. All of them are grounded in the Word of God and seek to show its relevance for living as a Christian today."
I was originally trying to build off the "seminar" idea but wasn't getting very far with that. With this idea I'm trying to use the image of "life". A gospel life is one the stems out of the messiness of the the dirt to new life.
Messiness of the dirt, but rooted in Scripture - not sure how to implement the "Scripture" part so not including it for now. In all honesty, I'm not in love with the design it but I'm having a hard time with ideas. Would appreciate feedback!
