Corsica from Liguria

Here it is a very unusual view from the Riviera.

The mountains in the background are in Corsica... that is 180 km away. Alas, today air was not very clear, so I had to raise the contrast of the image.

To take this photo I was in Evigno, a small suburb of Diano Arentino (Imperia, Liguria - Italy).

If someone wants to check with Google Earth, here there are some coordinates:

- camera: 43°58'2.52"N 8°2'9.46"E

- bell tower in the lower left corner (Diano Castello): 43°55'27.19"N 8° 4'0.68"E

- tip of the pier: 43°53'51.29"N 8° 4'58.35"E

The photo is made with a Pentacon 135/2.8, M42 screw mount.

 

Ecco un panorama molto insolito dalla Riviera.

Le montagne sullo sfondo sono in Corsica... che è a 180 km. Purtroppo oggi l'aria non era molto limpida, quindi ho dovuto alzare il contrasto dell'immagine.

Per fare questa foto sono andato a Evigno, una frazione di Diano Arentino (IM).

La foto è fatta con un Pentacon 135/2.8, attacco a vite M42.
