Red Ribbon Week
In commemoration of the National Red Ribbon Campaign, which began Oct. 20 and ends Sunday, Garrison Commander Col. Edward C. Rothstein ties a red ribbon around a tree outside garrison headquarters on Llewellyn Avenue. Red Ribbon Week is the oldest and largest drug prevention campaign in the country. It serves as a vehicle for communities and individuals to support drug prevention and education efforts.
