Sailing across the deep blue sea,

feeling the breeze that blows so free,

the sun beaming down,

feels so calming enriching to me.

 

Sailing through life,

with gentlest of ease,

feeling happy and contented,

with a smile to please.

 

Sailing through our emotions,

through the ups and downs,

coping with the tragedy's,

that sometimes slows us down.

 

Sailing through relationships,

some good, some bad, some the worst you,ve ever had,

makes us stronger and wiser,

some regrets we may have had.

 

Sailing on the wings of an angel,

protected and so free,

knowing that someone up there is always watching over me.

 

Sailing, sailing, sailing,

has so many meanings to me,

other than sailing on the deep blue sea.
