This might be my last northern lights shot of the season! We're up to fourteen hours of day, and quite long dusks and dawns before and after that, so soon we will have no dark nighttime hours left. I do look forward to the midnight sun and the endless days of summer, but I'll be missing the aurora borealis until autumn!
EXIF data is wrong; this and most of my other northern lights shots are taken with my manual wide-angle Rokinon f/2.8 lens, which doesn't communicate with the camera electronically. I wanted a very smooth sky and river, so I did a long exposure.
