I just finished Kitchen Confidential and loved this behind-the-scenes chef memoir. I didn’t know much about Anthony Bourdain until his death and wanted to learn more about him. 📖 . Having watched a bit of Parts Unknown, his wonderful narrative voice shines through in the writing.
