salsa weekend

I spent yesterday in the kitchen working up some of the produce from the garden. I have a bumper crop of red tomatoes coming on that ended up in a large batch of red salsa. I pulled a heritage tomato plant that I thought wasn't producing and found a wealth of green tomatoes hiding under its skirts. The perfect size for my first batch this year of green tomato salsa.
