Steven's Canyon

Well here is another image from a point and randomly chosen archive date. The date was August 2, 2013. This was a day I went up to Mt Rainier National Park hoping for some great wildflower action, but decided to shoot the waterfalls instead.
This little waterfall is located in Steven's Canyon on the east side of the park. It was a little hike down to the river from the parking spot. What really pulled me in was the clarity of the water and the aqua blue in the pour pool.
This is a combination of three exposures (-2,0,+2) merged and tonemapped in Photomatix. U did some "Dodge and Burn" of the highlights and shadows. I also applied a little noise removal in Lightroom.
Thank yo for all of your comments, views, faves and support. I appreciate it.
I own all original RAW and processed images on my photostream. Please do not use them on blogs or websites without my permission. All images are available for license and sale through Getty images or by contacting me. Thank you.
