Stratton ANGB

A view of the 109th Airlift Wing's ramp with the majority of the ten ski-equipped Hercules', designated LC-130H's, on display, including the unique 83-0492 which is fitted with 8-bladed propellers. The LC-130H's of 109th AW are also fitted with jet assisted take-off (JATO) to reduce the take-off run when operating out of the ice of the Arctic, the aircraft's primary role.

Ruined slightly by heat haze but Stratton ANGB/Schenectady County Airport (KSCH/SCH) is probably the only place on earth where you would see so many LC-130's at once!
