The birds

I have often seen flocks of these birds out in the fields and I have spent quite a bit of time trying to photograph them. Most of the time I get blurry shots if I zoom in too much and just a blob of birds if I leave the shot too zoomed out. I have thought perhaps these birds are snow buntings, but the other day I finally got a couple of decent shots of some of them, and now I think they might be Lapland Longspurs. Lapland Longspurs don't nest in Alberta, but rather migrate through.
