Phot.Wedel.Mushroom.Toadstools.01.1.101204.1117.jpg

Germany, Wedel, Toadstools under a birch in my neighborhood.

Toadstools, an extremely poisonous mushrooms, commonly also known as “Fly Agaric”. In old fairy tales, toads are often described sitting on toadstool mushrooms & catching with their tongues the flies that are said to be drawn to the “Fliegenpilz”, a German name for the toadstool, meaning "flies’ mushroom”, another of its less common name is also “Krötenstuhl”

Regrettably two days after I took the photo, most of the mushrooms were trampled down by children or who or whatever, I was lucky enough to take the photo at the right time.
