Koningsplein and the Old Guy

Went to Brussels this week on work, the weather was very grey and depressing. During one afternoon decided to go for a walk to discover the city. At the Place Royale square or Koningsplein found this picturesque painting of an old guy looking at me in a building facade of the Rue de Namur.
