N&W Helpers on the WM

No information is on the slide mount of this duplicate, but I believe this to be a westbound above Mt. Savage MD taken from the Parkersburg Road overpass. This section of double track was left in place and was the only point for trains to meet between Sand Patch/Deal and Cumberland after the line was CTC'd. JL Sessa collection.
