B&O Remote
Built as B&O #7605, the 8247 has spent much of the last 15 years working between Baltimore terminal and Jessup MD in remote control service. Here she is shoving a cut of loaded racks up to the "New Ramp" at Jessup.
For the longest time, working at Jessup was called the "Country Club". I once worked Jessup every so often off the Benning extralist to fill vacancies. I worked with B&O old heads such as Mark Eddy, Ronnie Sisk, Charlie Lester, "Stonehead", and WM vet Ray Jackson.
Jessup also used to house veteran yardmasters, such as Jerry Wellbourne, Fred Weller, and Tony Cavey.
