This autumn picture was taken on 29th October 2009 when most of the Japanese maples in the upper garden were at their peak of autumn colour change. We use this foliage as our autumn flowers!
Our intention was to create a garden to be used by the family and to be exciting and beautiful in all four seasons. We have created our own gardening style and garden design. We have re-landscaped our suburban garden and created three completely different areas in our main garden.
This photo above features our upper garden which has more formal planting and much of the area is repeating patterns, like a bold tapestry, which is particularly evident in sub-aerial photographs taken from our house windows.
