Man & Wife Veal Tongue Slices

Slices of boiled veal tongue with a sauce of

 

4 T broth that your tongue was cooked in

1 T dark soy

2 T chili oil (or sichuan chili oil)

0.5 t ground roasted sichuan pepper

2 t toasted sesame seeds

2 T roasted unsalted peanuts, crushed

coriander leaves
