Winter sailing

First calm day in a while has people out on the lake in spite of the cold weather and frigid waters. I wouldn't be out on a boat this small in this season. The water temps are lethal and anything can happen. At least they should be wearing life jackets. Might be a homemade sailboat given the rigging.
